The IRS has changed the filing procedures for Form 8806, Information Return for Acquisition of Control or Substantial Change in Capital Structure. Until further notice, submissions of Form 8806 must now be sent to the IRS via fax. The form can no longer be mailed. Fax Form 8806 to 844-249-6232.
