Self-dealing - Private foundations: Transactions with certain non-controlled organizations

A transaction between a foundation and a corporation, partnership, estate, or trust not controlled by the foundation and in which disqualified persons hold no more than 35 percent of the voting power or profits or beneficial interest, is not an act of indirect self-dealing between the foundation and the disqualified persons solely because of the ownership interests of disqualified persons in the corporation, partnership, estate, or trust.
