IR-2024-91, April 3, 2024 — As part of the annual Dirty Dozen list of tax scams, the Internal Revenue Service today renewed its warning to taxpayers concerning pricey offer in compromise (OIC) "mills” that aggressively mislead taxpayers into thinking their tax debts can disappear.
