How can an organization make a correction or change to a form submitted electronically via Pay.gov?

Currently, an organization cannot correct or change a form after it has been submitted electronically via Pay.gov. If an organization needs to make a correction or change, it should submit the information with a cover letter, including the name and EIN of the organization, to the EO Correspondence Unit:
