Enter the Standard Deduction of $32,300 on Form 1040, line 12, when your return has this information:
- Your Filing status is Married Filing Jointly and
- You did not check the box "Someone can claim you as a dependent" and
- You did not check the box "Someone can claim your spouse as a dependent" and
- You and your spouse checked a total of two of these boxes (one each or two for either of you):

- Schedule A is not attached to your return
