Kansas IRS NATP Symposium - JCCC

The Kansas Tax Symposium is sponsored by the Kansas National Association of Tax Professionals, and the Internal Revenue Service. Representatives from the IRS will provide information to tax professionals on such topics as Stakeholder Liaison updates, Clean Vehicle Credits, Taxpayer Advocate's Office, IRS Criminal Investigation and IRS Strategic Operating Plan update.

The Symposium is designed to encourage practitioners to address important tax topics and issues with IRS representatives firsthand. Participants will receive up to eight (8) hours of Continuing Professional Education, CE for EAs, or Legal Education. The registration fee is $95 until July 31, then $100 after and includes refreshments, lunch and CPE hours. IRS is not charging for this event. Sign-in the day of the event will begin at 7:30 a.m.

Taxpayer Advocate is offering Problem Resolution Appointments the day of the event. Appointments need to be scheduled in advance. Contact Taxpayer Advocate no later than July 31, 2024 to schedule an appointment by calling 816-499-4061.
