What this notice is about
We approved your request for an extension to file your Form 5330, Return of Excise Taxes Related to Employee Benefit Plans.
What you need to do
- Keep this notice for your records.
- File your required Form 5330 by your new due date shown on the notice.
- Pay any taxes owed by the original return due date. An extension of time to file doesn’t extend the time to pay the tax due.
