Childress, Special Agent in Charge, Internal Revenue Service – Criminal Investigation, announced today that Arturo Archuleta pleaded guilty to five counts of tax evasion. Archuleta of Albuquerque, will remain on conditions of release pending sentencing, which has not been scheduled.
