We recommend you print a copy of your return for your records. To print, click the "Print Return” button before you transmit. Print issues When a recommended operating system or browser is not used, you may experience one or more of the following: Forms will not print Information you entered is missing from the printed form The form does not display correctly on your computer Switching to a recommended browser and /or operating system will generally resolve issues 1, 2 and 3 (above). Make sure to follow the recommended browser settings. Some forms will not print - When “Print Return” is selected, all completed forms and schedules will print. Some incomplete forms/schedules may also print when “Print Return” is selected. Review all printed forms carefully. Documents that do not print with the return are not complete and will not transmit with the return. Review your printed return for all forms you intend to file. Compare the printed forms to the forms in “My Tax Forms”. Complete the forms you want to transmit and delete the ones that should not transmit. Review the User’s Guide PDF and the Line-by-Line instructions page for assistance with completing forms and printing. Display issues When the form does not display the information entered or it disappears after you click save or move to another form, review the form to see if it has been fully completed according to the form instructions. If form or section is incomplete, it may not save the data or print. Complete the form according to your tax situation, the instructions provided on the form and the form instructions. Review any special instructions we have provided on the Line-by-Line instructions page. Adjust your Browser settings: Set the language to default Set the font size to Medium (Recommended).
