Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico announced today that Christopher Adam Jensen-Tanner is set to plead guilty to wire fraud and engaging in monetary transaction in property derived from specified unlawful activity on April 26, 2023 at 2:30 pm. Christopher Adam Jensen-Tanner, of Roswell, is not in custody. Jensen-Tanner used his position and access as owner and president of Roswell Escrow Services, Inc. (RES) to fraudulently redirect customer funds for his personal benefit. If you were a client of Jensen-Tanner and/or RES and believe you are a victim, please contact the FBI tipline at 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324) or login at tips.fbi.gov to notify the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The Roswell Division of IRS Criminal Investigation and the FBI investigated this case with assistance from the Securities and Financial Institutions Divisions of the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department.
