The following are links to companies that have passed the IRS Assurance Testing System (ATS) requirements for software developers of electronic exempt organizations returns for tax year 2020.

Providers listed on these webpages are approved IRS e-file Providers; however, they are not part of, nor do they have any special relationship with the Internal Revenue Service. These returns may include Forms 990, 990-EZ, 990-PF, 990-N, 990-T, 8868, 1120-POL or 4720. Meeting the requirements means that the software can provide correct data in the proper format for processing by IRS systems. It does not mean that a software package includes every possible schedule or attachment, or that it will meet the needs of all filers. It is the filer's responsibility to contact the provider to determine if the software meets their needs.
